In 2019, Genique's Bachelorette Party led her to Austin, TX, where she embarked on an unforgettable winery hopping adventure in Fredericksburg, TX. Since that remarkable visit, she has embarked on countless journeys to Texas Wineries, immersing herself in Wine Tastings & Classes, as well as engaging in the traditional practices of grape picking and stomping. Genique has developed a deep affection for Texas wine, holding it close to her heart.

In 2021, during a period marked by profound personal loss, Genique found solace while caring for her newborn daughter, having just experienced the tragic passing of her twin son in the NICU. It was during those late nights of nurturing her precious child that a divine spark ignited within her. God's guidance led her to envision a mobile wine truck as a form of therapeutic release and a profound way to honor her son, Gavyn.
